2. On the layers panel, select your background layer. Now select the entire layer by clicking Select > All or hitting CTRL + A. Fill the entire layer with one solid color. It is important to use a color that will not blend in with any portion of the photograph. In this tutorial, I will use pure blue
(R:0, G:0, B:255 or #0000FF), because it is an unnatural color and is thus extremely unlikely to blend with any portion of a photograph.
